Who are Novus Communities?

Novus Communities are a social housing provider in South Wales. We work to meet the high demand set in the supported living and housing sectors.

What we do

Novus Communities was created with the aim to supply supported living accommodation for our care provider. Novus delivers supported living units who support adults with mental health conditions and learning difficulties in the community. These schemes include 5 to 20 self-contained flats, staff facilities and activity areas for the residents to enjoy. Our aim is to meet the high demand that is put on the social care sector.

Delivering these schemes lead us to discovering sites that were too big for our care providers. Whilst working with our associated housing partners, we also learnt of the high demand for general housing. Therefore, Novus now provides social and affordable housing schemes across South Wales. This is a combination of land acquisition and package deals.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide social housing at a high standard accross South Wales. Working in partnership with our care partner and associated housing partners, we plan to deliver many homes for those in need.
